Information we collect
JBooking processes account, business, client-profile, appointment, contact, security, and operational information needed to provide booking, verification, notification, kiosk, and administration features.
How information is used
Information is used to operate JBooking, authenticate users, manage bookings, deliver requested verification and transactional appointment notifications, provide support, protect the service, and maintain audit and security records.
SMS and mobile information
Appointment text messages are sent only to clients who explicitly opt in to transactional appointment SMS notifications. Message frequency varies based on booking activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.
We do not sell or share SMS opt-in data, mobile numbers, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Service providers
JBooking may use service providers for hosting, authentication, email, SMS delivery, database infrastructure, and security. They receive information only as needed to provide those services and are not authorized to use SMS opt-in data for their own marketing.
Retention and choices
We retain information as needed to provide the service, maintain security and audit records, and meet legal obligations. Clients may withdraw appointment-SMS consent at any time by replying STOP or by using the JBooking SMS preference page.
