Soft-launch service

JBooking is currently operating as an invitation-only soft launch. Approved businesses receive temporary trial access for testing. Features, availability, and commercial terms may change before the general commercial release.

Appointment SMS program

Clients may opt in to receive transactional SMS messages from JBooking on behalf of the business they are interacting with. Messages may include booking-pending notices, confirmations, rescheduling notices, cancellations, deposit-received notices, reminders, and verification-related communications.

Message frequency varies according to appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or booking services.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Manual deposits

During the soft launch, JBooking does not process customer deposits or appointment payments. If a business requires a deposit, payment occurs directly between the client and that business outside JBooking. JBooking may record only the business's manual confirmation that a deposit was received.

Acceptable use

Users must provide accurate information, use JBooking only for lawful business activities, respect client privacy and consent, and avoid abuse, unauthorized access, spam, or interference with the service.
